Austin Interchange and Austin Landing
Development+ offers recognized hands-on expertise with complicated intergovernmental and private infrastructure development and financing. When local governments, real estate developers, and other businesses/organizations locate, relocate, or expand, Steve Stanley, with his experience and connections, is a single source for highly specialized strategy, coordination, delivery, and communications for his clients. He has successfully led and managed dozens of complicated projects involving local, state, and federal governments, private developers, and Fortune 500 companies.

"I have known Steve Stanley for about 25 years. Steve has a real and rare gift. He is brilliant in mathematics and is a really effective communicator. He combines these qualities with the ability to very quickly understand what both sides of a negotiation need and what they want. I had a front row seat representing RG Properties in the county’s investment in Austin Landing. We didn’t get nearly everything we wanted but we did what we needed. My guess is the county commissioners feel the same way. The result was a successful project for both sides and more importantly a better outcome for the community. He actually explained the dynamics to both parties from the start. Consequently, we worked as a team rather than as adversaries. In short, I will always contend he had more to do with the success of Austin Landing than any other individual. My last thought on all of the above means nothing if at his core Steve is not a good person. He is."
